By accessing or using the MherVPN service ("Service") operated by Mher VPN LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MherVPN provides a secure, encrypted virtual private network connection to protect your internet traffic and privacy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific bandwidth speeds.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Distributing malware or launching DDoS attacks.
• Spamming, phishing, or defrauding others.
• Accessing unauthorized material or violating intellectual property rights.
• Child exploitation of any kind.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

4. Subscriptions, Balances and Payments

Payments for accounts are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways, including cryptocurrency processors. When you add funds to your account, they are stored as internal platform credits pegged to USD for convenience. These balances hold no cash value outside of the MherVPN platform and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Active subscriptions may auto-renew, deducting from your internal balance, unless the auto-renewal feature is disabled.

5. Limitation of Liability

MherVPN is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
